The JXA050 is a 12-bit, 10.25 GSPS RF sampling analog-to-digital converter designed as a high-performance alternative to the AD9213. Built on an advanced time-interleaved architecture, it delivers industry-leading sampling speed and bandwidth, enabling direct RF sampling of signals up to and beyond the Nyquist zone.
At 10.25 GSPS with 12-bit-bit resolution, the JXA050 redefines data converter performance. Its time-interleaved architecture delivers sampling rates that single-core ADCs cannot match, while on-chip calibration ensures accuracy across temperature and voltage variations. The device includes a JESD204B/C serial interface supporting multiple lanes at up to 24 Gbps per lane.
