The JXA011 is a 14-bit,-channel, 1 GSPS dual-channel analog-to-digital converter designed as a pin-compatible alternative to the AD9680. It combines high resolution and high sampling speed in a single integrated device, ideal for a wide range of high-performance signal acquisition applications.

With two independent 14-bit ADC channels, each supporting 1 GSPS sampling, the JXA011 delivers high speed and high dynamic range. The device includes a JESD204B serial output interface with configurable lane rates to simplify board layout and FPGA integration. Its low-power architecture is optimized for thermal efficiency.
